cn777 Your Data, Explained Plainly

Which Rules Apply to Your Account

Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

ASK US DIRECTLY

How to Reach the Data Desk

The people who answer privacy questions sit inside cn777, not at an outside call centre. Message us from the in-app chat, write to the data desk email, or use the security line if you think someone else has your sign-in. We reply every day, including public holidays in Pakistan.

Team online

In-App Chat

Sign in, open the chat bubble and choose the privacy tag. Describe the question in your own words and the team replies inside the app, usually within a few hours of your message.

Data Desk Email

Write from the email address registered on your account and include your user ID. Deletion, correction and access requests are handled only from that address, so nobody else can act for you.

Security Line

If your phone is lost or someone else has your sign-in, flag it here first. We end live sessions, force a new password and confirm the change on your Pakistani mobile number.

WRITTEN IN-HOUSE

Who Drafts and Checks These Clauses

Nothing on this page comes from a template library. The clauses are drafted by the cn777 team handling account security, transfers and support, then checked against how the platform behaves each quarter...

Named Policy Owners

Each part of this page has a person behind it. Account security, transfers and support sign their own clauses, and you can ask who wrote a section.

Clause Version Log

Every edit carries a date and a short reason. Older wording stays on file, so you can ask what a clause said last month and we will send it to you.

Payment Rail Checks

We line the clauses up with how JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast settle into your balance, then rewrite the wording when a provider changes its own rules.

Security Sign-Off

Account security decides how long sign-in logs, device records and password hashes stay in our systems, and shortens that window whenever holding the data stops being useful to the platform.

Local Wording Team

Pakistan-based colleagues read every draft before it goes live, flagging phrases that read oddly in local English or that do not match how our support desk actually answers.

Change Alerts

When a clause shifts in a way that affects your account, we post a short alert in the lobby and message the email you registered, so nothing changes quietly.

How This Page Sits With the Others

cn777 keeps its legal pages in one set, written so they agree with each other. Read this page alongside the terms of use, the cookie settings page and...

Terms of UseSets the rules for holding an account, the conduct expected inside the lobby and how a suspension works. Anything about behaviour sits there, while your details sit here.
Cookie SettingsCovers the small files saved on your phone or laptop, which ones keep you signed in, and how to switch off the optional ones without losing access to your account.
Payments TermsExplains how JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast transfers are recorded, when a balance updates, and what we keep on file once a transfer settles on our side.
Account Security PageDescribes two-factor sign-in, device checks and what to do when a password is guessed. It works alongside the retention windows on this page, and the same team answers questions about both.
Verification RulesCovers the age and identity checks taken before a withdrawal can leave. This page tells you what we store from those checks and how long the records stay.
Complaints PathShows where to send a dispute and how long each stage takes. When the dispute is about your data, the same route applies and the same clock runs.
Game RulesSits beside the rest without touching your personal details. Read it for how rounds settle, then come back here to see what happens to your data afterwards.

What You Ask Us Most Often

Your registered mobile number, email, date of birth, verification files you send, sign-in records, and transfer history from JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay and Raast. We never store full card numbers.

Sign-in logs and device data clear after a window measured in months. Transfer records and verification files stay longer, because local rules and our payment partners need a traceable history afterwards.

Yes. Write from your registered email and we remove what we are allowed to delete. Some transfer and verification records must stay for the period the law sets, and we tell you which ones.

Only where it is needed: payment partners settling JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast transfers, security providers checking for fraud, and authorities acting on a lawful request. We do not sell details.

Your profile goes inactive the same day. Records kept for transfers, tax or dispute handling move to a restricted archive, and nothing in that archive is ever used to contact you again.

A newer date appears at the head of the page whenever a clause changes, and we message the email on your account when the change affects how your details are used.
